Design
Services Include:
- Concept Design
- Performance Specification and Drawings
- Full Design
- Coordination of services
- Tender Documentation & Analysis of M&E Services
Site Supervision
Services Include:
- Supervision of on-site services undertaking regular interim inspections throughout fit-out stage
- Witnessing and acceptance of completed services at Practical Completion
- Preparation or Review of Operating and Maintenance manuals including As-Fitted Drawings
- Liaising with Landlord team over store connection to permit Open For Trade
- Witnessing of Commissioning on behalf of Clients and Tenants.
- Preparation of 'Building Log Books' and 'Easy to Use' Guides.
- Preparation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedules and seasonal maintenance duties
